Jim Noonan has worn many hats throughout his career, each one shaped by a deep entrepreneurial spirit and a love for adventure. As the founder of West Trek Tours and Mountain View Cabins, Jim spent years exploring the Rockies, connecting with travellers from around the world, and gathering the kinds of stories that only life on the road can provide.
His experiences range from journeying across continents to hiking through remote mountain ranges, encountering both friendly, and not-so-friendly, bears, and even befriending a feral cat named Felix who adopted Jim and Mountain View Cabins in the Rockies.
Jim is channeling a lifetime of curiosity and creativity into writing. His work blends imagination with lived experience, offering readers a peek into the humour, wonder, and wild moments that have shaped his path.
